What is Thermoforming Film?
Thermoforming is the process of transforming films or sheets to the desired design of moulds either by pressure moulding or vacuum forming technology. Packaging industry has found productive results with thermoforming film packaging process with which packaging options like containers, tubs, and other food barrier films are manufactured. They are ideal for packing consumable and non-consumable products for food and medical industries. Food products such as dairy products, meat and sea foods, fresh vegetables and fruits, dried foods chocolates, etc can be packed with different layers of co-extruder flexible barrier film. In addition, it works effectively with the concept of PA/EVOH based 9, 7, 5 layer thermoforming film for several industrial packaging purposes. It is a good option for storage purpose for both soft and hard food and non-food products.
